  1. Inconsistent sizing severely mars an otherwise great looking hat I own 4 Orioles 59fifties. Two of them are size 7-1/8, and two are size 7. NONE of them fit the same. From loosest to tightest, it’s:2011 Onfield 7-1/8 (too loose)2011 League Basic (wool) 7-1/8 (just right)2012 Onfield Away 7 (just right)2012 Onfield Home 7 (WAY too tight)As you can see, out of these 4 hats, the only ones that are comfortable to wear are the two middle ones. The difference in actual size between my 2012 Onfield Away cap and my 2012 Onfield Home cap, both size 7s, is enormous. My size 7 Away cap fits perfectly on my head, and my size 7 Home cap practically needs the strength of two people to squeeze it onto my head. These are two caps of the SAME SIZE NUMBER. As a result, I have no idea what size to buy if I ever bring myself to buy another 59fifty.
